We can help! In a world where every dollar counts, we offer a new Pricing Consultation service to help you analyze whether or not your Pricing system is performing at it's best.
Keep in mind that this is not an assessment of what your markup should be, nor, will we be looking at your expenses. This is a pricing analysis of what you are doing now in FrameReady and what you could be doing to improve your pricing of moulding, matboard and glass.
Your consultation will be over the phone and will use a screen-sharing connection to your FrameReady computer. This makes it easy to follow along and make changes!
$100/hour USD
Users with active Annual Subscriptions are entitled to software training and toll-free technical support; this includes assistance with how to use FrameReady features, as well as troubleshooting data and software errors. FrameReady is a pricing tool and we teach you how to use it, however we have never advised users on what prices they should be entering into their software. The Pricing Consultation is a new optional service that we are offering our customers and falls outside of the Annual Subscription and Technical Support agreement.
The One-on-One Pricing Consultation service is separate from and is not included in the FrameReady. Technical Support service.
Highspeed internet is required for the screen-sharing (Team Viewer) connection.
By requesting and accepting a remote access session from a FrameReady. representative to remotely assist you with a technical related issue, you accept responsibility for any changes made to the desktop content, or FrameReady, or system settings.
FrameReady does not assume and is not responsible for any liability for the linking and viewing of any desktop content, the operation of software or system performance.
FrameReady recommends for your security and privacy that you exit any applications you have open that is displaying content such as personal or confidential information before allowing FrameReady to initiate a remote support session.
FrameReady further recommends that you remain seated at your desktop throughout the entire remote session. FrameReady will call before any session is established and agreed upon.
For the duration of the remote access session, your computer and the FrameReady software may be unavailable to you for business purposes.
Your data is important to us. It is up to you to ensure that you backup your data on a regular basis. FrameReady will not be held responsible for any data loss if any occurred during or after a remote session. If you require help in setting up a backup procedure for your data please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
FrameReady continuously undertakes to take the utmost care when in use of your computer. However, FrameReady cannot guarantee that our service will resolve your problem or that attempting to rectify your technical issue will not cause additional problems requiring an on-site call.
FrameReady uses TeamViewer to connect to remote computers, largely because of Team Viewer's track record of security, and that TeamViewer is deliberately designed to be unsuitable for covertly monitoring computers – allowing clients to feel safe.
In no event shall FrameReady or its suppliers be liable in any way for consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) or direct loss of business, business profits or revenue, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software or accompanying written materials, regardless of the basis of the claim (whether under contract, negligence or other tort or under statute or otherwise howsoever arising) and even if FrameReady or its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
