Account name and password is not being accepted

I'm having difficulty logging in:

1. Check that you do not have the caps lock on accidentally.

2. Make sure there are no spaces in the field. e.g. before or after the account number.

3. Make sure there is no space between level and the numeral.

4. Make sure you are using all lowercase for both account and password
