In FrameReady 8 do the following: Navigate to the Work Order file. Click on the Perform menu. Slide your mouse down to Setup Options and then select Price Per Extra Mat Opening. A dialog box will appear where you can change the price per extra opening.In earlier versions you need to navigate to the Price Codes file.
The Default Mat Reveals & Extra Mat Openings side bar button in the Price Codes file lets you set up defaults to auto-fill a mat reveal whenever you enter a matboard number on a work order.
These defaults can be over-ridden on any work order.
Extra Openings
FrameReady assumes that one window is cut when you enter any matboard. Enter the price you wish to charge for every extra mat opening when designing a multiple opening mat.
Note: When you click OK, the program will perform Replace Commands and should not be interrupted. This is supposed to happen (the reveals have to be entered on each and every matboard record).
