Grey screen with FileMaker Pro

I see a grey screen with FileMaker Pro but I can't get into my FrameReady Main Menu. What do I do?

If this is a guest computer then:


1. Click File > Open Remote.

2. Select Local Hosts from the View menu.
You should now see the name and IP address of the host or server machine.

3. Click on it.
On the right side you should now see the MainMenu.

4. Click on Main Menu > Open.

5. Enter your Account (level1-4) and Password.

6.  Click OK.
The files will now open.


If this is not a guest computer then:

1. Click File > Exit.

2. Proceed to open FrameReady as you normally would.
