I run a single-person operation. I don't want to have to put my name in every time I create a work order. How do I bypass this prompt?
1. Go to Main Menu > Work Order Options.
2. Type your name in the Order Taken By box.
3. Click Done.
The name in the Order Taken By box will appear on every new work order (ideal for a one person shop). Leave this default field blank to force a name entry for staff filling out the work order. Employee names may be listed on work order pop-up list for easy entry.
