The Gift Certificates file keeps a record of all certificates and in-store credits issued and whether or not they have been redeemed. You can create your own company's gift certificate on the spot while your customer waits. If you have imported your logo into FrameReady it will appear on the printed certificate. Each certificate can be personalized with a recipient name, greeting and presenter. Give your customer three styles of printing from which to choose. All in-store credit is a liability that you owe to a customer in exhange for returned goods. They are stored in this file so you can track them easily.
