Work Order File List View
Use the List View screen for production flow purposes.
Clicking the Find All button shows every work order ever created, including Estimates. Sort each column by clicking on each underlined word, i.e. WO#, Date, Name. Print a list of incomplete orders to be followed in your back room. At the end of the work day, return to this screen to easily check-in finished frame jobs and alert your customer's via email.

1. Shows how many records and the number in a found set.
2. Click on the customer's name to return to the Form View of that particular work order.

3. Click the printer icon and this dialog box appears:
4. Click New to create a new work order.
5. Print List allows you to make a printed copy of the incomplete list
6. Click Find Incomplete to prepare a list to use in production.
7. Use these buttons to Sort and Unsort this list.
8. Priority field shows what the status of the frame job is. Rush, Promised, Normal, Back Order or you may change the list using Edit... .
9. Location field shows where the frame job is located. You can use it to notate where the artwork is stored prior to framing or the storage shelf of the finished product. The shop owner sets this values list using Edit... .
10. The Progress field shows if the order is on Hold, Incomplete or Complete. Working from this list you may easily check-in completed orders at the end of the work day.
11. Email button launches your email program, composes an email entitled Framing Ready for Pick-Up.
