Our premier product, FrameReady

Knowledgebase

IMPORTANT NOTICE for FrameReady users still using Versions 3, 4 and 5.0.

Now, more than ever, it is important to have the information necessary to make the right decisions for your business. As of March 1, 2010, we have only supported versions of FrameReady 5.5 and higher. For 5 years we supported both the old zipped file downloads of vendor updates, as well as the fast and easy broadband internet vendor updates which are available directly from our server. Administratively, we could no longer support both systems. We gave notice of this change in March 2009. The advance notice gave you ample time to prepare for the transition and to give plenty of time to budget for the necessary hardware and software.

If you upgrade to FrameReady 8.0 and have an active subscription...

You are entitled to one full year of software upgrades, toll free tech support, vendor pricing updates by broadband internet directly to your shop, and access to the members only section of this site, including this Online Knowledgebase. If high speed internet is not accessible at your store, you may: A) Receive vendor updates via broadband to your home computer, or B) Receive vendor pricing updates from us via CD ROM upon request only.

If you upgrade to FrameReady 8.0 and do not have an active subscription...

You may enjoy the benefits of FrameReady 8. However, without an active membership, you will need to manually update your vendors.

If you do not upgrade...

You may continue to use your current version of FrameReady. However, with or without an active membership, you will need to manually update your vendors. Your choices are to: A) Keep your subscription active to receive toll-free tech support and access this section of our site, including the Online Knowledgebase, or B) Operate without a subscription and buy tech support with credit card payment at the per minute rate.

Call us today to discuss your upgrade options. We look forward to helping you do business better for many years to come.
